Jonathan Robijn (Gent, 1970) studied sociology and psychology, and his since then worked for Doctors Without Borders. He has published short stories including De Brakke Hond, Dietsche Warande and Belfort. In 2013 his literary debut is published, The City and the Time (De stad en de tijd), which was nominated for the Gouden Boekenuil.
